It is our sincere desire that you are happy with your jewelry purchase, please for any reason if you are not satisfied with the quality, materials or our customer service, please send us a direct message and let us know what the problem is.
While we do not give any Warranty on my jewelry, we will offer one free repair for wear and tear for the first year.
Please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will exchange jewelry that is equal or lesser value as we do Not refund money in cash.
For returns or exchanges jewelry need to be same condition purchase.
ALL returns Must be in original packaging, which includes all bags, boxes, instructions etc.
Buyer pays all return shipping.
